Support pinning shortcuts to Windows start menu

We would like to have an option to pin shortcuts from Liquit to the Windows Startmenu and/or taskbar.

We are aware that they are placed under the Liquit folder in the startmenu and that it is possible to change this to the root of the Startmenu, however it would give our users more comfort when we can pin them so that they are immediately visible when the user opens their startmenu. Especially on Windows 11.
