Add MFA to the LOCAL identity source

We want to configure 2FA on the Local Admin account for higher security. this is because the latest log4j-security breach.

there is a lockout policy active, but still we dont see if there is a brute force attack.

i undertand we can use a accesspolicy to define certain ip-adresses to have access to the workspace enviorement. but we want to add 2FA also.

so to possibility to add 2FA to the local admin account is a great feature to have.
