Installer waits for deployment

For installing apps from Liquit during the Intune Enrollment Status Page.

As discussed with Rens Kattenberg, we see a possibility, to create a Win32app in Intune, which installes the Liquit Agent MSI with the xml, and after the registration of the device in Intune, it will see that it needs to install a set of applicaties. After the applications are finished, the Win32App will report back as finished and will report back a successful install of the agent and the application or if applicable a failure (when the user is not allowed to use the device when applications are not installed correctly).

Because customers are also using WhiteGlove en Self-deploying enrollments, the installations should be processed as System. Therefore a services should be used which supports back the actual installation results per application. Rens made a system drawing of the possible solution and will also discuss this with development.

A requirement for this function could be that all applications are setup that restarts will not be allowed.

For many of our customers, this is a critical improvement for Liquit to be able to use Liquit for application deployments. This is because the requirements is that all applications should be installed, before the user logs on and creates as less waiting time for the end user, before it can start using the device.
