Support windows file extension handlers
Liquit trigger op file associatie / extentie. Liquit kan een pop-up geven met welke app we adviseren de file te openen. Hier een default in te zetten. Hierdoor eind gebruikers te helpen om files te openen.

Installed package updater.
A client has a package installed, Liquit will update the installed package when there is a newer version on the server. (think of viewers, which are opened not via the smart-link, but with extension associations, thus no install-launch triggered). Now we view PDF's with older Adobe Readers with much vulnerabilities. I have to create extra update packages to solve this.
