Support windows file extension handlers

AW trigger on file association / extension. AW can display a pop-up indicating which app we recommend using to open the file. Set a default here. This helps end users open files.

    Installed package updater.

    A client has a package installed, Liquit will update the installed package when there is a newer version on the server. (think of viewers, which are opened not via the smart-link, but with extension associations, thus no install-launch triggered). Now we view PDF's with older Adobe Readers with much vulnerabilities. I have to create extra update packages to solve this.
