Add ability to filter on pending changes in package release overview

In the Workspace --> Packages --> Release Overview it would be great to see if there are any changes on packages that are in the development stage. For example show the version with a asterisk like it is shown in the Actions overview when a package is modified but not released to the next stage.

It would even be greater to show them in bold or with a color, or add filters. So when you have 100's or 1000's of applications you easily see which packages are being worked on, or net yet pushed to the next DTAP stage.
