Add to device collection action

Would like the ability to be able to add devices to a collection within actions. This would help organizations leverage Device Collections easier for use in Contexts for scoping things to devices and users.

I was on a call with a potential customer, they asked about the ability to use AW in essence as an interface for a multi-app kiosk. In what I was putting together, having this ability would make it so that during the configuration of the client for the kiosk, if I can add to a Static Device Collection, then I can use a context with device membership to assign access policies and packages easily.
