Remove arbitrary suffix from active Recast Agent log file

Currently, Recast Agent logs are written to $Env:ProgramData\Recast` Software\RecastAgent_xxx.log where xxx is the highest value of an integer incremented during log rotation.
This introduces an unnecessary complication when retrieving logs from devices through management tools/scripts.

Active log streams should be written to RecastAgent.log instead. RecastAgent_xxx.log files should only contain historical records.
