Allow command line customization in Software Update for ConfigMgr processes

To be able to customize the 3rd party application updates when using ConfigMgr Software Update Service, I would need a way to change the application install/uninstall commands. This is supported currently in Deployment Processes but not for Software Update for ConfigMgr processes.
