On demand retrieval of Privileged Access policies

When Recast Agent is not able to connect to the Recast Agent Gateway to retrieve policy, policy is not updated until the next retrieval interval (which is 60 minutes by default). It would be ideal if a user could initiate the policy retriveal process so that when they see they are not connected, they could connect and force a policy update.
