Have OSDCloud install Dell Enterprise tools like Dell Command Update and Dell Command PowerShell Provider

This would work similarly to how OSDCloud currently manages the HPIA and HPCMSL toolsets, preventing the need for custom scripts to install them separately. We’re just beginning to deploy Dell rugged devices in our environment, and having a comparable experience to what we have on our HP systems would be very helpful.
