Import custom CA certificate

It would be useful to be able to import a CA certificate to the Trusted Root Certificates store on both WinPE (for the driver downloads) and then have that also added to the deployed OS (for autopilot) for our transparent proxy web filter. (HTTPS Decryption is a requirement in UK schools as the full URL must be parsed and logged for safeguarding purposes)

I currently have a script in startnet and SetupComplete, but if you're not planning on bringing that into V2 then having a way of just adding a certificate to the WinPE that is then also deployed to the OS would be helpful, as I struggle to get Autopilot to complete User-Driven deployment without the certificate, no matter what domains I exclude.
