The new OData feed is a great feature addition; however, it would be nice to have additional data points. Listed below are a bunch of other data points that would be nice to include in future updates to the OData feed.
Current things in AW that "could" be exposed:
Package Information - Include package snapshot information for version/name of snapshot for version tracking.
Package Entitlement Information - If using Contexts or Dynamic Collections, it won't return the members of that collection (at this time), but it could at least return the entitlement identity as well as how it is entitled.
Deployments - Adding Packages that are associated with each deployment for more detailed tracking of progress.
Audit History - We currently display event history, but audit history would be great for additional data points and centralized reporting.
Connectors - Ability to see managed packages associated with a connector as well as possibilities to retrieve available resources from that connector, maybe for custom request forms.
Scheduled Tasks - This would be nice so that orgs can track when a scheduled task is ran and if it is a synchronize Connector task, see which connector was associated and see which packages were updated during that sync.
Insights Data - This is the data that monitors the traffic from the zone. When self-hosted, you have the ability to see that information from the console, but when you don't have system permissions, this isn't possible. Making this data available through the OData feed would enable organizations to see and monitor that traffic relating to their zones only.
Data points that would be nice to have from inventory data:
RAM information
Hard Drive Information
Serial Number - If we had this, we could incorporate Warranty data into any reporting.
Installed Software - Add/Remove Programs information, not just what Application Workspace says is installed, but up to and including windows updates that are installed.
Plus, additional inventory pieces for integration with RCT Insights data.
