Zone failover list in agent.json

To recover from networking issues (bad DNS entry, routing failure etc.) I would need a way to provide multiple URL's for AW zone for AW agent. This would require also a failover logic to be implemented to AW Agent to control also retries, reverting back to primary URL etc.
