Package Events information addition of phase end package revision

Currently it is not possible to see in what phase an action was executed.

If DTAP is used, it is important that this is reflected in the Events section.

Additionaly it would be helpfull to show the package version number to make sure that the expected version of a package was executed.

This makes troubleshooting from the management console a lot more efficient.
