AVD Connector: support Windows App direct launch using workspace and resource IDs

The Azure Virtual Desktop connector generates launch actions based on legacy AVD technologies - .rdpw files and URLs referencing rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com.

Microsoft supports launching AVD desktops and RemoteApps directly through Windows App, using workspace and resource IDs. This is available either via the ms-avd URI scheme for the installed client, or via a browser direct launch URL: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-app/direct-launch-urls

The MSI Remote Desktop client and the RD web client went out of support for public cloud environments on 27 March 2026. Microsoft's guidance is to migrate to Windows App: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/remote-desktop-client/connect-windows-cloud-services

This feature request is to add support for the AVD connector to generate modern Windows App direct launch actions as an option

It is currently possible to manually edit an imported package to use the new launch method, this has been confirmed to work. However, this requires converting the package to unmanaged so it no longer connector synchronized and must be maintained manually from that point onwards, which removes much of the benefit of using the connector in the first place. This is also a lot of work when there are many published desktops and RemoteApps.
