Toggle for maximized or minimized window for agent

In Portal > Agent Settings I want it to be possible to toggle between Maximized and minimized for all user's Application Workspace. I know there is a way to edit the agent.json file, however this would need to be done before pushing AW to the customer for it to be implemented for everyone.
