Support pay-to-print features with external or third-party applications
With Microsoft's depreciation of multi-app Kiosks, many customers are scrambling to find a path that retains legally required processes. Having this feature would be another feather in RCT's cap and make future renewals that much easier.
We use the Kiosk workflow extensively (hundreds of kiosks using domain joined SVC accounts). It would be really helpful to have the option to manage kiosk accounts in a folder structure within RCT. Folders and Subfolders would be very helpful.

It would be helpful if a progress bar is shown when an application is installing/updating so users are being informed about what's going on and why the gear icon keeps spinning for a while sometimes.
