Application Catalog - New Application

Is it possible to create a managed package for Powershell that keeps updating with the newest version? I see a lot of packages, but it seems that each new version is a new package.

Alot of people are ditching VMWare for Nutanix would be great to have their version of VMWare Tools added to the catalog
